The Philippines
Breaking the poverty cycle
We supported ‘Christ for Asia International’ with €1,200 in collected donations. The project gives street children in Cebu City a real perspective through education and nutrition. In this way, the cycle of poverty is broken, giving disadvantaged children a sustainable chance at a better life.

Learn safely
Collected donations of €3,400 made it possible to purchase building materials for a primary school in Tichalle, in northern Ghana. After severe storm damage, the destroyed roof put the lives of 150 schoolchildren at risk. Thanks to this important contribution from all our supporters, it was sustainably repaired, enabling safe learning for the children.

Bringing sports to remote school
We supported the initiative ‘Strong through play in Laos’ with €1,000 to equip the primary school in Tien Khien with sports materials. Our funding enables the 87 children to stay active during breaktime, sustainably promoting their physical development and team spirit.

Supporting animal welfare
‘Lanta Animal Welfare’ saves thousands of stray animals through medical care and vaccinations. To help find these four-legged friends a loving home, we funded the construction of a new adoption area with €2,400 in collected donations. Together, we were able to create a place for a happy new beginning.

Small Hands, Big Future
€2,100 in donations from our community enabled us to support an important project in Sierra Leone: the Little Orange House, which closes critical gaps in early childhood education. The initiative provides disadvantaged children with healthy nutrition and targeted support, giving them better life chances right from the start.

Opening doors through education
With €2,500 in collected donations, we supported ‘Sunshine Cambodia’. The organization fights extreme poverty in Cambodia and creates a safe school environment for hundreds of children. In this way, children's rights are strengthened and education paves the way to a self-determined future.

First Aid for the Soul
Across Ghana, there are hardly any practical mental health support services. The mental health FIRST AID initiative therefore offers a free psychological emergency hotline. It was only through the €5,800 raised by our community that it became possible to launch this vital hotline and keep it running reliably.

Learning despite long distances
In the mountains of Northern Thailand, long distances often prevent Karen children from attending school. The ‘Karen Hilltribes Trust’ provides access to education and prevents school dropouts through a safe school bus service. We supported this project with €2,200 in collected donations.

Assikoi’s New Eco-Cooperative
Donations totaling €1,600 made it possible to provide targeted support to smallholder farming families in Assikoi (Côte d'Ivoire) who were threatened by poverty. By supporting a local cooperative, environmentally friendly farming methods were established that rescue eroded soils and provide the community with secure, long-term yields.

Reforestation of the Carpathians
The Carpathians are threatened by massive deforestation.
To protect the habitat of wolves and lynxes, the initiative Forest Without Frontiers is reforesting eroded areas. Thanks to the outstanding commitment of our supporters, we were able to fund the project with €2,000 and plant hundreds of new trees.

Empowering Female Guides
In Tanzania's tourism industry, only a fraction of guides are female, even though this profession offers a reliable income. To help open access to this lucrative job market for women, we used donations to fund important training placements. We were able to successfully realize this strong step toward greater equality with a total of €2,600.

A soup kitchen in Manila
On the streets of Manila, thousands of children struggle to survive. ‘ChildHope Philippines’ is dedicated to alleviating this suffering. The organization’s mobile soup kitchen provides the children with essentials on a weekly basis and gives them hope in a harsh daily life. We supported this project with €1,035 in collected donations.

Bethel
Donations totaling €1,000 made it possible to provide targeted support for the orphaned and vulnerable children cared for by the Bethel community in Ghana. The funds were used to purchase new shoes and school backpacks for a total of 100 children, easing their daily lives and helping smooth their path to school.

The DARE Network’s Moringa farm in Northern Thailand fights malnutrition and addiction among ethnic groups. The investment in infrastructure strengthens local independence and creates a sustainable foundation for the health of the local people. We supported this project with €1,324 in collected donations.

Building Extension at Arthur Engel School
Our own contribution of €2,500 made it possible to significantly advance the completion of the Arthur Engel School in Ghana. After construction had stalled, these funds enabled the successful realization of the urgently needed library and a new classroom, opening up lasting educational opportunities for the children.

In Indonesia, poverty forces many children to work instead of going to school. ‘The Learning Farm’ gives disadvantaged youth a second chance in life through organic farming and character building. A new delivery van sustainably secures the project's self-financing. We supported this project with €2,215 in collected donations.

Swimming skills for life
In southern Ghana, many people cannot swim despite living close to the coast. The ANOPA project teaches girls and disadvantaged young people how to safely handle water. Since new teaching equipment was urgently needed, the acquisition of essential training materials was successfully made possible with €1,500 in donations.

In Thai refugee camps, children are often left defenseless against violence and malnutrition. ‘Children of the Mekong’ places these children in the care of loving foster families to ensure their safety and healthy development. Thanks to collected donations, we were able to support this project with €1,400.

Aid for Windhoek’s Shantytowns
In Windhoek's poorest districts, even basic necessities are lacking. To give children there a future through education, we supported the construction of a kindergarten run by the New Elementary Foundation. Thanks to our community, this project was successfully completed with a donation of €1,840.

Securing futures in Pakistan
A total of €1,000 in collected donations reached the organization ‘AWARD’ in Pakistan. Their program provides working street children with access to free education by covering tuition fees and learning materials. This gives disadvantaged children the chance to trade the harsh daily life on the streets for a secure future.

Moken finally playing football!
Following the construction of the football pitch for the indigenous Moken community, the next step was taken. With a €1,900 donation, we funded the construction of urgently needed restrooms. Together with new spectator seating and a Moken shop, this project sustainably strengthens the local community.

Save Borneo’s green lung
The Sebangau National Park protects endangered orangutans and massive carbon sinks. To reforest degraded areas, the Borneo Nature Foundation is planting one million trees together with local communities. Thanks to our community, we were able to support this vital climate protection project with €3,500 in donations.

We are supporting DFC Kreuzberg with €1,150 out of deep conviction, because their open and inclusive attitude is actively changing football. That is why we are sponsoring the jerseys for their new Over-35 FLINTA* team in the top Berlin league, sending a powerful signal for diversity and equality in sports.

Helping against the odds
Since the coup in Myanmar, communities have been organizing informal classes for 15,000 displaced children. This project provides protection and secures a small income for striking teachers to tackle the education crisis. Thanks to collected donations, we were able to support this invaluable work with €1,800.

Bringing knowledge to shore
€3,500 in donations went directly into an important initiative in Laos: In the country's rugged north, a lack of hygiene often blocks children's access to education. The 'Ou Book Boat' provides 44 remote river villages with school supplies and vital health education.

Ensure education, change futures
About an hour from Cape Coast, the Happiness Project Ghana secures access to education in a remote village. Since funding for salaries and lunches was uncertain, the important village school faced an uncertain future. With a donation of €5,400, we were able to help secure its long-term survival.
This work thrives on the support of dedicated people. Small steps can lead to big changes and every contribution helps immensely. The extent of this support is entirely up to each individual. After all, great things can only be achieved when many hands pitch in.
